Why I think A Sophisticated Pair is the best shop in the world!

I wanted to write a post about a shop that has gotten me through this year, and why I love A Sophisticated Pair.

Earlier in 2012, Before I ordered from A Sophisticated Pair online, I HATED bras with a passion.They never fit properly, always were uncomfortable, and honestly I was always rushing to get out of work since it hurt. I only wore them when I had too, and thought all bras were uncomfortable. I figured that back pain, headaches, and just being annoyed with your bra was just a normal thing. This place changed my life *for the better*, and for sure without their help, I wouldn't be able to work as well as I do. Ever since the first order, I was hooked because this is the best place to order your bras. Now I feel comfortable sitting up straight, do not feel the need to slouch.

1.They offer five star customer service-This alone makes me a repeat customer. You really do feel like family when you are talking to the staff. I sincerely wish I had a chance to step inside the shop, but even on the phone or internet, they convey the image of a loving, caring, compassionate person. From the first day I ordered from them they always gave great customer service.

2.They always offer fair prices on bras, and by fair I mean great prices. I have never once been over charged for anything. They also offer free shipping for over 50 dollar purchases.

3.They are patient with you, and even if you experience size fluctuations they work with you. - This one is tricky because an inch or two can throw off a measurement. I do not know of anyone else who has been so patient with me and worked so hard with me. I feel like most other shops would give up on their customers for being difficult or having changing sizes. Definitely not the case here. They actually will suggest waiting if in between sizes sometimes, and most places would capitalize on that.

4. They really work with you, and cater to your specific needs. This makes A Sophisticated Pair stand out from all the rest. I know I am not just a sale, I am a person to them. They take time to read my blog, and get to know me. I can't say that about any other fitter. They helped me find great sports bras for work, as well as some great regular bras for when I am off.

5. They have an extremely fashionable, intelligent person running the store. Erica is by far the coolest person you will ever talk to. I wish I could actually meet her some day. She always has a great wardrobe on in her blog *which they have a great blog by the way*. I like that they love animals, and care about people. They have a face, and personality even on the internet. This makes the shop owner really stand out from the other shop owners in my opinion. Erica is an animal lover, a great blogger, and a fountain of knowledge.

6. They have the cutest guard dogs, and I love their physical shops lay out. I am glad they posted pictures of their shop on Facebook. You can see how beautiful their store is :).

Updates

Hi again readers. Hope you are having a lovely evening. As you have noticed, I changed the look of the blog a bit. I am going to be doing 2 Natori bra reviews in about a week or two. Afterwards, there may be awhile before my next update because of weight fluctuations *these can impact your bra size*. I am probably going to wait a few weeks while I get used to my new job. I will still be posting reviews but it may be awhile before anything new *outside of the two upcoming Natori reviews* comes up. I also felt like adding some photos so I will do that at the end of this post.

I also wanted to thank Erica and A Sophisticated Pair for helping me pick out bras, and also trying to save me money. The great thing about A Sophisticated Pair is that they value you as a customer. You aren't a sale to them. This has been proven to me by the fact that the shop wants to help me save money on bras until my weight stabilizes. I have never felt pushed into buying anything,never had to return anything because of incorrect sizing, and Erica helps with such passion and experience, you can't help but love the excellent customer service. Most places, if you mention weight fluctuations, they want to capitalize, or cash in on that. Not here, they look after you like family! Thank you Erica and A Sophisticated Pair.

 Bra Shopping/Bra Fitting Help

In my opinion, the best place to shop for bras. They do an excellent job of answering every bra question you have, and to boot, they are VERY accurate with the measurements and fitting. I have never once had to return anything because it was the wrong size. They are always extremely polite on the phone, and in email.  Out of the seven or eight bras I bought from them, none had to be returned due to wrong size.They also educate you about bras *I have learned a lot thanks to Erica*

Upcoming Reviews and Thank Yous

Hello readers, I know it has been awhile since I wrote a post.  I am going to do two different reviews, one will be the shower hug  for mastalgia in my case, typically for nursing/pregnant mothers. *I ordered the wrong size earlier, so that will be in a week or less*, and the Natori Yogi which will be ordered from A Sophisticated Pair.

I wanted to personally thank A Sophisticated Pair and Erica for their help answering my questions today, as well as getting me in the right bras.She takes customer service very seriously, and has a wonderful personality. There is really no reason to order from anywhere else, and I know she is compassionate, and caring. I am set for life with her as my bra fitter, and very thankful she helps me. I have never experienced the customer service such as hers, she takes time to answer all my questions(and I ask a lot, I was clueless thanks to some of the bad fitting advice).I cant say enough how helpful she is, I wish the shop had opened when I was younger.  Growing up, I did not get any help with bras, and she has been like the big sister I never had. I am very grateful for her, and her wisdom/advice. I would be a total wreck without her, stuck in ill fitting bras *and back/neck pains and headaches to boot*If you have a daughter, she is the fitter I would highly recommend for both of you. She remembers every customer from what I can tell, and connects with them, which is a key in a relationship. She would get an A Plus on customer service if I gave her a report card.


I wanted to thank the Shower Hug Creators, and people who interacted with me via email. They were extremely friendly, and helpful. Their customer service is amazing, and I cant wait to do a review of the product.


I wanted to thank Ali Cudby and Elizabeth Dale for helping me with all my questions as well. They take time to respond to questions on Facebook and I am very appreciative. These four women have been very helpful and deserve a big thank you. All three of you have helped me and impacted my life positively, in some way, and I owe you a thank you.

A Sophisticated Pair Follow Up

Reading the Facebook page of A Sophisticated Pair, it says that they treat customers like family-And I must say, this is extremely true. I don't think I have ever had any better customer service than with A Sophisticated Pair. I don't just feel like a "sales number" when I talk on the phone to Erica, or order online. When I ask questions via email, she takes time to answer each individual question. She makes sure that your bra fits you properly.

 I firmly believe the fitters at A Sophisticated Pair want you to feel your best at all times, wearing a fitting bra. I know for a fact as well she will work with me until we get my size figured out, and that means that she has helped me obtain one of my goals in life *Finally knowing what bra size will fit me, and not feeling miserable everyday in bras that fit poorly, and aren't supportive*

So here was my first experience-I got my bra very promptly on Monday, I was impressed with how quick the shipping was. Erica from A Sophisticated Pair is one of the most patient, nice people I know. She has answered every single question I have had abour bra fit, and helped me figure out a little more about what type of bras will, and wont work for me. I would highly recommend A Sophisticated Pair for all your bra needs. This proves that there ARE retailers in the United States who truly care about proper fit. Erica is working with me to find my size, and what styles will work best with me. I will keep everyone posted, but I must say, A Sophisticated Pair gets a ten out of ten on customer service, and I would happily buy from her in the future.

I had to return the bra, because I ordered the wrong size. I was worried about returning it, but there was no issues, and Erica took the bra right back as soon  as possible. I must say, customer service is very important in this day and age. A Sophisticated Pair is the model that Lingerie Fitters should have a goal of being like. A Sophisticated Pair is one of a kind though, and I am glad I have Erica as my bra fitter. My only wish is that I lived closer to the shop, and ordered from A Sophisticated Pair sooner.
